The Group has private resources together with a private debt placement to construct initially 2 Super M2 F&G Jack‐up rigs, geared at 65% and optional two more. The overall asset of the diversified Group will be at $1 billion mark in assets by 2015. |

The Dry Bulk Sector of the Group has contract assets of about 1 Million deadweight tons of dry bulk carriers valued at circa $600 million, geared at 75%, with forward deliveries within 2014-2015.
